All goods arrive and are stored in a specially equipped warehouse at a different address (the address is hidden and is issued for independent redemption after the necessary documents are provided): Warehouse opening hours from Mon. to Fri: from 10:00 to 20:00 during sales, and from 10:00 to 18:00 during the rest of the period. Your orders are processed 7 days a week, from 10 am to 8 pm, Mon. by Fri. orders are processed as quickly as possible. The rest of the time, the processing of letters and orders is carried out by the duty manager on a first-come, first-served basis. In the first 2-3 days of winter and summer sales, the break in the redemption of orders is 3-4 hours, at night, from about 3:00 to 6:00-7:00 Madrid time.
