Shipments are routed via Germany once a pallet is filled, typically once per week. During seasonal sales periods, dispatches may occur 2–3 times per week.

If a parcel is refused or cannot be collected, the parcel will be disposed of. Returns and re-export are not available.

Flammable items are prohibited for shipment.

Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length × Width × Height / 6000. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipping charges are based on the volumetric weight.

Shipping via Correos

Correos is the national postal service of Spain. Through Correos, parcels can be shipped worldwide.

A tracking number is provided for all parcel types.   Tracking instructions are sent by email after dispatch If any issues arise, we assist with the required documentation for investigation or insurance claims.

 

Claims regarding missing contents are accepted only if a video recording is made while opening the parcel. The parcel must not be opened, damaged, or resealed with any tape, including postal tape. In such cases, the parcel must be opened at the post office, and an official report of opening and missing items must be completed.
